Stunning views from the room over the mountains.
I cannot believe how little the staff communicated crucial information. We were completely unaware that the park gates closed at 9 PM, which left us stranded after a long drive. It was incredibly frustrating to find out we were barred from entering after a long day. Additionally, we missed the morning tour due to their negligence in sharing the details, leaving us extremely disappointed.

There were minor noise disturbances from nearby rooms.

Casa 1800 in Cerro Verde offered amazing volcano views and a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful, making our visit enjoyable. However, the shower temperature was cool, which took some getting used to. Still, the breakfast and surrounding nature made up for it.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend getaway in Cerro Verde with the best value for money ratio. The hot water didn't last long, which was a bummer in the chilly mountain air. Make sure to arrive early, as the park gates close at 9pm.

The views from the room overlooking the volcano were absolutely breathtaking. The décor was charming, and I found the pathways around the hotel to be well-maintained and easy to navigate, which made my stay comfortable as a senior.
More seating options in common areas would help seniors.

definitely want to stay in that area again
Had a volcano view room and wow, the view was breathtaking! Super comfy bed, and the shower had cool water but there was a heater for nighttime. The breakfast was delicious with fresh options. Staff was really nice and accommodating. The outdoor space was great for relaxing. Perfect base for hiking Santa Ana!

The view from the Standard Double Suite was stunning. Waking up to see the volcano every morning was unforgettable. The outdoor space offered a great area for relaxing with my family. The pathways around the hotel made it easy to navigate, especially for the kids. However, I noticed that the common areas lacked seating options. It was a bit inconvenient for some seniors in our group. Also, the lack of communication about the park gates closing at 9pm caught us off guard, and we nearly missed out on the evening activities.
